Updating your organisation details

Organisation settings

All organisation-level settings are managed in Settings → Organisation. Only users with the Admin role can make changes.

What you can update

• Legal name (as registered with UAE authorities)
• Trade name (optional — appears on invoices if different from legal name)
• Industry
• Business license number and issuing authority

• VAT registration date
• Tax treatment (Standard | Simplified | Out of scope)
• Default VAT rate
• Invoice number prefix (e.g. INV, AJ, 2026)

• Full registered address including emirate and postal code

• Brand colour (used on PDF invoices)
• Company logo (PNG or JPEG, max 2 MB)

Important: TRN format

Your Tax Registration Number must be exactly 15 digits. This is validated before invoices can be sent. Contact the UAE FTA if you need to verify or correct your TRN.
