Your ASP appointment certificate

What is an ASP certificate?
An Access Service Provider (ASP) appointment certificate is a document issued to confirm that your business is using an FTA-registered ASP for Peppol eInvoicing. This certificate is evidence of your compliance setup and may be requested by the FTA or your auditors.
Where to find it
Your ASP certificate is available in Settings → Compliance.
1. Click Settings in the sidebar 2. Click the Compliance tab 3. In the ASP Appointment section, click Download Certificate

What the certificate contains
- Your organisation's legal name and TRN
- Your ASP's name and FTA registration number
- The appointment reference number
- Issue date and validity period
- Digital signature
Storing the certificate
Keep a copy of your ASP certificate with your financial records. The UAE FTA recommends retaining tax-related documents for 7 years.
